woke up at 4:45 am, had milk and went back to sleep until morning.
No Z, T, C all day
put L2 morning, L1 and L2 night
Took bath today and washed hair with the Cetaphil bar soap
After bath, lathered with Aquaphor
skin was really nice again today
weather was nice too.
Fell asleep fast.
