4:30 am - woke up, had milk and went back to sleep.
4:45pm went to YMCA pool. Did not go into pool, but walked on the wet concrete and also went inside to the indoor pool where it was quite chlorine smelly.
took bath
put L1 and L2
fell asleep fast in bed.
